{"id":4083,"date":"2017-10-27T20:54:54","date_gmt":"2017-10-27T20:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bugatelier.eu\/?page_id=4083"},"modified":"2017-11-09T17:01:13","modified_gmt":"2017-11-09T17:01:13","slug":"pruefstand","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bugatelier.eu\/?page_id=4083","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00fcfstand"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Start des Motors, der Moment der Wahrheit!<\/h1>\n<div class='grid_4 alpha'>\n<p><strong>Erster Start<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dies ist ein 3-Liter-Achtzylindermotor, der in der Werkstatt komplett neu aufgebaut wurde: \u00dcberholte Kurbelwellenlager, neue Bl\u00f6cke, Nockenwellen sowie neue Ventile und F\u00fchrungen, neue \u00d6lpumpe und WasserPumpe.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die ersten Drehungen war der Motor mit einer aus Plexi hergestellte Abdeckung der Nockenwelle ausgestattet. Das erm\u00f6glicht die Effizienz der Schmierung zu kontrollieren und einzustellen.<br \/>\nDer Motor ist noch nicht instabil, da er in dieser Testphase nicht eingestimmt ist!<br style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Premiers essais!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der erste Start eines v\u00f6llig neu aufgebauten Motors ist immer ein Highlight im Leben der Werkstatt. Der Pr\u00fcfstand ist besonders wertvoll um die ersten Tests durchzuf\u00fchren: Er erleichtert das Hinh\u00f6ren auf den Klang der Zahnr\u00e4der und Ritzel, die Entwicklung der Z\u00fcndung, Vergaserbed\u00fcsung, den \u00d6ldruck \u00fcberpr\u00fcft , der \u00d6lstand in der Nockenwelle, die Beobachtung der verschiedenen Temperatursensoren (Ansaug-, Abgas-, Wassertemperatur), die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Dichtigkeit der Bl\u00f6cke, das Gleichgewicht der Kompressionen in den Zylindern. Es hilft auch, den korrekten Betrieb von Zubeh\u00f6r, Wasserpumpe, \u00d6lpumpe, Anlasser, Dynamo zu gew\u00e4hrleisten &#8230;.<br \/>\nAlle diese \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen und Anpassungen sind alle Garantien f\u00fcr einen ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen Betrieb des Motors, wenn dieser wieder im Fahrgestell montiert wird.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Start des Motors, der Moment der Wahrheit!
