d\u00e9marrage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit ici d&#8217;un moteur de Bugatti type 44 \u00e0 savoir un 8 cylindres de 3L \u00e0 9 paliers compl\u00e9tement reconditionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;atelier: paliers de vilebrequin refaits, blocs neufs, arbre \u00e0 cames ainsi que\u00a0 soupapes et guides neufs, pompe \u00e0 huile neuve ainsi que la pompe \u00e0 eau.<br \/>\nPour ses premiers tours, le moteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un couvercle provisoire de la boite \u00e0 cames qui permet de contr\u00f4ler et d&#8217;ajuster l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 du graissage.<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9gime est encore instable car le moteur n&#8217;est pas r\u00e8gl\u00e9 \u00e0 ce stade des essais !<br \/>\n<\/div><\/p>\n<div class='grid_8 alpha'>\n<div style=\"width: style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Premiers essais!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier d\u00e9marrage d&#8217;un moteur compl\u00e9tement reconstruit est toujours un moment fort dans la vie de l&#8217;atelier. Le banc moteur est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ciable pour effectuer ces premiers essais: Il facilite grandement l&#8217;\u00e9coute minutieuse du bruit des engrenages et des pignons, la mise au point de l&#8217;allumage, le r\u00e9glage de la carburation, la v\u00e9rification de la pression d&#8217;huile, du niveau d&#8217;huile dans la boite \u00e0 came, l&#8217;observation des diff\u00e9rents capteurs de temp\u00e9ratures ( admission, \u00e9chappement, temp\u00e9rature d&#8217;eau), la v\u00e9rification de l&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des blocs, de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre des compressions dans les cylindres. Il permet \u00e9galement de s&#8217;assurer du bon fonctionnent des accessoires, pompe \u00e0 eau, pompe \u00e0 huile, d\u00e9marreur, dynamo&#8230;.<br \/>\nToutes ces v\u00e9rifications et r\u00e9glages sont autant d&#8217;assurances pour un bon fonctionnement du moteur lorsque celui-ci sera remont\u00e9 dans le ch\u00e2ssis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9marrage du moteur, le moment de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 !
